About Next Steps
Next Steps™ is primarily designed for primary caregivers who have a child who has recently been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). However, this workshop is also beneficial for other caregivers, educational or therapy professionals, medical providers, and other adult family members.
Due to the kind sponsorship of Kappa Kappa Kappa, Inc., several Next Steps™ workshops a year are offered free of charge. Other workshops receive community sponsorship. Please contact HANDS in Autism® to learn more about hosting a workshop in your area.
Next Steps™ Manual
Distributed at the event, this manual contains information for caregivers of individuals with ASD. The manual is divided into seven major sections, with each section arranged in a similar format in an attempt to provide caregivers with a functional, easy-to-use manual that serves as a resource and reference guide.
