Your Upcoming HANDS Small Groups & Sessions

Hey friends! November is here — crisp air, cozy vibes, and all the pumpkin-spice energy we can handle! 🎃✨

This month, our Small Groups, Multi-Day Sessions, and Community Connections are packed with real-life topics to help you grow, de-stress, and have a little fun along the way. Let’s wrap up the year stronger (and maybe even a little wiser).

🌱 Small Groups: Growing Together

💬 The Complexities of Criticism

Let’s face it—no one loves criticism, but we can all learn from it! This series helps you figure out what feedback to keep and what to toss.

  • Week 1:Constructive vs. Destructive – Spot the difference between helpful and harmful feedback.
  • Week 2:How to Give & Get Feedback – Tips for sharing advice without starting a war. 😉
  • Week 3:Dealing with Criticism & Rejection – How to bounce back like a champ.
  • Week 4:Applying Feedback – Turning those “ouch” moments into “aha” moments!

🌸 Stress & Gratitude

The holidays are coming — excitement, chaos, and so many snacks. Let’s stay grounded and grateful this season.

  • Week 1:What Is Stress? – Identifying those sneaky stressors.
  • Week 2:Reducing Stress & Anxiety – Breathing, stretching, and maybe even laughing it out.
  • Week 3:Practicing Gratitude – Finding joy in the little things (like your favorite coffee). ☕

⏰ Multi-Day Sessions: Skill Up!

🗂️ Dealing with Deadlines

Because let’s be honest… we’ve all waited until the last minute once or twice. (No judgment here!)

  • Day 1:Prioritization – What’s urgent, what’s not, and what can totally wait until tomorrow.
  • Day 2:Time Management – How to make your calendar your best friend.
  • Day 3:Schedules & Planners – Channeling your inner organizer with flair and fun!

🚨 Emergency Situations

When life throws you a curveball, be ready to swing!

  • Day 1:Who Can Help – You don’t have to do it alone.
  • Day 2:Emergency vs. Nonurgent Situations – Knowing when it’s time to call for help (and when it’s just a Wi-Fi issue).
  • Day 3:Steps of Seeking Help – Staying calm and knowing what to do next.

🤝 Community Connections: Social Cues to Avoid Holiday Blues

The holidays are full of hugs, handshakes, and sometimes… awkward moments. 😅
Join us for a fun look at how to stay connected and confident wherever you go!

  • Week 1:Fall Festivals – How to mingle, laugh, and maybe score a caramel apple or two. 🍎
  • Week 2:Airport – Navigating travel stress and people-watching like a pro. ✈️
  • Week 3:Holiday Parties – Avoiding small talk disasters and spreading good vibes instead! 🎉

✨ Let’s Make November Amazing!

Whether you’re learning how to handle feedback, manage stress, or survive a holiday potluck, there’s something here for you.
Come ready to laugh, learn, and leave feeling a little lighter. See you there! 🙌
