Indiana Interdisciplinary Autism Coordinating Council (IIACC) Meeting
The Indiana Interagency Autism Coordinating Council (IIACC) is a statewide collaborative forum that brings together agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to improve the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across Indiana.
IIACC meets quarterly to focus on specific goals from the Indiana Comprehensive State Plan for Individuals with ASD. Discussions are informed by community input, statewide data, and systematic reviews. The meetings are facilitated by the HANDS in Autism® Interdisciplinary Training & Resource Center, with oversight from the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA)
What to Expect at the Meeting
- Engaging presentations from providers, caregivers, and self-advocates
- Collaborative brainstorming on innovative solutions
- Recognition of the DISI Award recipient for excellence in service implementation
- Opportunities to connect with fellow stakeholders and share insights
- Legislative and advocacy updates and information
