The HANDS Team Training Satisfaction Survey is collectedd after each training session, including both in-person visits and virtual calls, to collect systematic feedback on training quality, delivery, and relevance. At Springfield, survey data from January 2025 reflect a clear pattern of positive engagement and appreciation for the HANDS Learning Curriculum.
Of the 18 questions evaluated on a 5-point scale, the highest rating was achieved for Q7 (The staff member or team was knowledgeable about the topic) with an impressive 4.7 average score, affirming trainers’ expertise and ability to effectively communicate concepts. Strong satisfaction was also noted in areas such as Q3, Q4, Q8, Q9, Q12, Q15, Q16, and Q18, with averages ranging from 4.3 to 4.4, underscoring the clarity of presentation, quality of resources, and supportive, encouraging training environment.
Most other questions maintained consistent ratings between 4.0 and 4.3, reflecting solid approval across instructional materials, trainer responsiveness, and feedback effectiveness. The primary areas identified for continued growth were Q5 (I learned new information as a result of the service) with a 3.9 average, and Q6 (My knowledge of the topic increased) at 4.0, suggesting that while the training was well-received, participants are eager for more advanced or novel content to further expand their learning.
Overall, these findings highlight Springfield’s commitment to impactful, high-quality professional development. The HANDS team continues to use this feedback to refine training content, integrate innovative strategies, and ensure that each session maximizes practical value ultimately supporting staff confidence and student success.
